If you are unhappy with your order, for any reason, you may return it for a refund or replacement. 

If you have received a defective item you may return it to us for a full refund or replacement, and we will cover any return fees.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Most orders are received within 4 days of purchase, however some may take a little longer.

Orders within Australia generally takes 3-5 days, please allow longer for orders outside of Australia.
